Hab da mal eine Frage.
Wie wird diese anzeige angeschlossen wo muss das vom Messer ran und minus muss auch wohin oder ?

Und gleich wichtige frage.
Wie kann ich diese AUSGEBAUTE Anzeige Testen ob sie funktions tüchtig ist ?
Müsste bestimmt irgendwie gehen oder?

Here's what the service manual says to do:
1. Disconnect the wire at the sending unit on the engine. With ignition on, gage should register past 80 psi.

2. With ignition on, use a jumper wire to short the connecter to ground (they mean the connector at the sender). Gage shoud now read below 0.

3. If gage reads properly in steps 1 and 2, replace the sending unit. If it does not, the trouble is either in the gage or the wiring to the gage.

Now, I have pulled the gages and tested both my temp and oil gages to see if they read correctly at the resistance levels given in the manual. For example, the oil pressure gage should read approximately 0 psi at 1 Ohm and 80 psi at 88 ohms. To do the test, you need a 12 volt power supply and a potentiometer.

Übersetzt:
1. Kabel am Geber am Motor abziehen, Zündung ein, (Öldruck)anzeige sollte auf über 80 psi gehen.
2. Zündung immer noch ein, Geber mit einem Kabel auf Masse legen, Anzeige sollte unter 0 psi gehen.
3. Wenn die Anzeige in 1. u. 2. korrekt anzeigt, Geber ersetzen. Wenn nicht, ist das Problem entweder die Anzeige oder das Kabel zur Anzeige.

Ich habe die Anzeigen im ausgebauten Zustand getestet mit den Widerstandsangaben im Service Manual. Z.b. sollte die Öldruckanzeige 0 psi bei 1 Ohm und 80 psi bei 88 Ohm anzeigen. Um den Test machen zu können, benötigt man einen Spannungsmesser und eine 12 Volt Batterie.

Und da ich das Manual ja eigentlich habe( ), hier noch die Werte für die Kühlwasseranzeige:
100'F bei 350 Ohm
220'F bei   68 Ohm
260'F bei   46 Ohm
