Unterschiede BCM

Hallo Leute,

da bei meinem BCM die Schaltung für die Innenraumbeleuchtung zerschossen ist hab ich mir ein gebrauchtes BCM auf eBay geschossen und in Stundenlanger probiererei mittels Poti den passenden Widerstand für die Wegfahrsperre herausprobiert.
Es gibt einen Widerstandswert bei dem die Securityleuchte aus bleibt aber der Anlasser dreht nicht!
"Wohl auch kaputt" dachte ich mir und hab noch ein gebrauchtes BCM von Rockbert gekauft.
Selbes Spiel nochmal, selbes Ergebnis nochmal

Gibt es irgendwelche gravierende Unterschiede bei den BCM's oder noch irgendwelche Einflussfaktoren für die Wegfahrsperre? Hab ich irgendetwas übersehen?
Ich komm grad nicht mehr weiter, bitte helft mir

mir schwirrt da ´ne info im kopf rum, dass das BCM die VIN mit dem PCM abgleicht
dementsprechend müsste das BCM programmiert werden, also deine VIN einprogrammiert

mit dem VIN Abgleich kannst du Recht haben. Glaube mal was dazu gelesen zu haben!

Danke schon mal für den neun Ansatz!
Rene1206 hatte wohl schon mal ein BCM getauscht und so wie ich das in dem Thread verstanden habe musste er nur einen entsprechenden Widerstand in die zugehörigen Leitungen einlöten.

Hallo,

Wennst das BCM neu kaufst, wird die VIN  autom. übernommen.
Bei gebrauchten Teilen musst deine VIN mittels Proggern wie TEC II, HPT..
über OBD aufs gebrauchte BCM schreiben.

So, nach einigen Tagen recherchieren und ausprobieren hab ich mal ein kleines Update:

An einen Abgleich der VIN zwischen BCM und ECM glaube ich kaum mehr da ich zum einen mal alle Anschlüsse des BCM aus den Schaltplänen auf Autozone herausgesucht habe und da keine Datenleitungen dabei waren.
Zum anderen hat mir rene1206 freundlicherweise sein altes BCM für testzwecke zur Verfügung gestellt (vielen Dank dafür!!!) und mit seinem BCM + richtig eingestelltem Poti springt der Motor sofort an.

Was ich allerdings festgestellt habe ist dass mein Stecker "C3" auf Pin "D2" nicht belegt ist obwohl da laut Schaltplan der "Shocksensor Tamper" aufgelegt sein sollte.
Ich vermute daher dass die beiden BCM´s die nicht funktionieren aus Fahrzeugen mit Alarmanlage stammen und diesen Tamper Eingang benötigen.

Weiß jemand von euch was für ein Signal der Shocksensor auf den Tamper eingang gibt? Dauermasse?

Weiß jemand von euch was für ein Signal der Shocksensor auf den Tamper eingang gibt? Dauermasse?
Nein Dauer plus
Masse nur wenn schocksensor ein shock bekommt
D14 12V
D2   12 V
aber BCM Funkionert ohne Shock sensor, Kann auch aus programiert bei Faherer.

PROGRAMMING THE FACTORY ALARM


ENTERING PROGRAMMING MODE
To program features, the car must be in programming mode.

1) Turn key to RUN position.
2) Turn key to OFF position.

To change the factory setting...
1) Turn the courtesy lamps on by turning the instrument panel brightness control **** all the way up.
2) Count the number of chimes you hear. The number of chimes tells you which mode you are in.
3) Turn the courtesy lamp switch off.
4) Turn the switch on and off until you hear the number of chimes that correspond to the mode you want to be in.

MODE 1 Both Off.
MODE 2 Delayed Illumination Only.
MODE 3 Exit Lighting Only.
MODE 4 Both On.

LAST DOOR LOCKING & LOCKOUT PREVENTION

To change the setting...
1) Press the LOCK switch on the door.
2) Count the number of chimes you hear. The number of chimes tells you which mode you are in.
3) Press the LOCK switch on the door until you hear the number of chimes for the mode you want to be in.

MODE 1 Both Off (Door will lock and unlock when you press the door lock switch)
MODE 2 Lockout Prevention Only (If you leave your keys in the ign. and leave thru the driver's door, you won't be able to lock the doors with the power door lock switch.)
MODE 3 Last Door Closed Only. (If the power door lock switch is used to lock the car while any door is open, you will hear 3 chimes. The doors will not lock until all the doors are closed.)
MODE 4 Both On. (This combines Mode 2 and 3.)

REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY VERIFICATION

To change this setting...
1) Press the UNLOCK button on the remote transmitter.
2) Count the number of chimes you hear. This tells you which mode you're in.
3) Press the UNLOCK button on the remote until you hear the number of chimes that correspond to the mode you want.

MODE 1 All Off. (The head lights will not flash and the horn will not sound)
MODE 2 Horn and Lamps/Lamps (Your horn will sound and your parking lights will flash when you press the LOCK button on the transmitter. Only the parking lamps will flash when you press UNLOCK)
MODE 3 Horn and Lamps (Your horn will sound and the parking lamps will flash every time you press LOCK or UNLOCK)

To change this setting...
1) Turn the parking lamps on and off
2) Count the chimes
3) Turn the parking lamps on and off until you hear the number of chimes you wany

MODE 1 Zero Delay and Sensor Disabled (The alarm will sound immediately if the driver's door is opened with your key and the shock sensor will be disabled)
MODE 2 8 Second Delay and Shock Sensor Disabled (The alarm will sound 8 seconds after the driver's door is opened with your key and the shock sensor will be disabled)
MODE 3 Zero Delay and Shock Sensor Enabled (The alarm will sound immediately after the driver's door is opened with your key and the shock sensor will be active)
MODE 4 8 Second Delay and Shock Sensor Enabled (The alarm will sound 8 seconds after the driver's door is opened with your key and the shock sensor will be active)

Update:
Test durchgeführt und fehlgeschlagen.
Nach dem einleiten des Programiermodus ertönt nur ein chime, auch wenn das BCM von Rockbert angeschlossen ist, folglich lässt sich auch der shock Sensor leider nicht ausprogrammieren
Also werd ich mal weiterprobieren

Gestern hab ich mal den tip von Mike ausprobiert und 12 V auf D14 und D2 gelegt, leider auch das ohne Erfolg, Ergebnis nach wie vor: Security leuchte aus, Anlasser dreht nicht

Fehler mussen wir auslesen  ( von Google Translate)

Führen Sie die folgenden Scerhritte, um das BCM Diagnosemodus zu wechseln :

• Drehen Sie den Zündschlüssel in die Stellung RUN .

• Drehen Sie den Zündschlüssel in die Position OFF .

• Entfernen Sie den Radio- Sicherung 17 von der I / Sicherungsblock .

• Drehen Sie den Zündschlüssel in die ACCY Position (der BCM -Sounds 1 oder 2 akustische Warntöne ) .

Der beginnen Konfigurationsanzeige (DTC 55) . DTC 55 und 2 Konfigurationsnummernwerden immer angezeigt. Die erste Zahl nach DTC 55 ist die Hardware-Konfiguration. Die zweite Zahl ist die Software-Konfiguration . 5. Nachdem die Konfiguration Nummern werden angezeigt , wird die gesamte Liste , beginnend mit DTC 12 wiederholt.

If DTC 12 and DTC 55 are displayed when the BCM is in the diagnostic mode, and no other DTCs are displayed, the BCM is operating properly.

If DTC 12 and DTC 55 are not displayed when the BCM is in the diagnostic mode, refer to DTC 12 Diagnostic System Check.

Das heisst wenn 12 und 55 nicht angezeigt wird. muss ich mehr Kopieren und Einfügen. !
